3. Service Terms

  • Services are provided on a scheduled basis (weekly, biweekly, or as agreed upon).

  • Customers must provide safe, clear, and accessible entry to service areas.

  • Missed service due to restricted access may still be charged.

  • Pricing, promotions, and service offerings are subject to change at any time.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon during signup.

  • We may securely store payment methods for recurring services.

  • Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or cancellation.

  • Promotional pricing (including introductory offers) is temporary and will revert to standard pricing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Services may be canceled at any time with notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already completed.

  • Partial refunds are not guaranteed for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Maintain a safe environment at the service location

  • Secure pets during service visits (unless service includes pet waste removal)

  • Inform us of any hazards, equipment issues, or special instructions

  • Ensure water levels and equipment are operational for pool service

7. Limitation of Liability

Poolside Pros Ventures Inc is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing pool or equipment issues

  • Damage caused by faulty, outdated, or improperly maintained equipment

  • Chemical imbalances due to weather, usage, or environmental factors

  • Delays or service interruptions beyond our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. SMS & Communication Consent

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates and notifications
